I only know their age. Can I still get birthday reminders?
Yes. Enter their age now. When you find out their birthday, turn on “I know their birthday” and pick the day and month, and Good Company works out the year. You'll get a reminder three days before and on the day.
How do I add, rename or reorder the board's columns?
Use the ••• menu on a column's header, or double-click its name to rename it. Drag a column by its header to move it, or use the New Stage column at the end of the board. The sidebar's stage list does the same: drag to reorder and right-click or long-press for more.
Why are some cards faded?
A card starts to fade when nothing has been logged for that person for a few days, and shows a “quiet” tag after a week. Log a moment and it comes back to full colour.
What's the score ring on a card?
It's how many of your must-haves they meet. Set your must-haves and dealbreakers in Settings, then tick them off on each profile. If you flag a dealbreaker, the ring turns red.
How do I track what I spend on dates?
When you log a moment and choose Date, an “Amount spent” field appears. Each profile shows what you've spent on that person, and Insights shows your totals.
Does it sync between my iPad and Mac?
Not yet. Each device keeps its own board. Use Export Backup in Settings to keep a copy.
I forgot my passcode and Face ID isn't working.
The app lock uses your device's own Face ID, Touch ID or passcode, so whatever unlocks your device unlocks Good Company.
